Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

At Scarface Store, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India. 

🚀 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.

📦 Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on:

    • Your delivery pin code

    • The shipping method selected

    • Courier partner serviceability in your area

  • You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided after dispatch.

✈️ Shipping Methods Offered

We currently offer the following delivery modes:

  1. Air / Express Mode – Fastest delivery option available for most serviceable pin codes.

  2. Standard Surface Mode – Available for certain regions where air delivery is not applicable.

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Charge: ₹40.12 per order (inclusive of GST)

  • COD is available for most pin codes across India.

  • Customers can pay the total order amount in cash when the parcel is delivered.

  • If the customer refuses or fails to accept the COD order, future COD availability may be restricted for that account.

💡 Note: COD is provided through our courier partners as a convenience for customers who prefer to pay on delivery.

We ship orders through trusted logistics partners, including:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • DTDC

  • Ecom Express

  • Xpressbees

  • And other leading courier services as applicable for your pin code

⚠️ Important Information

     

  • Shipping Rates

    All shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of each product at the time of purchase. This ensures fair and accurate pricing for every order.

    Return Shipping: In the event of a return, the shipping cost will likewise be calculated according to the weight of the product being returned. Will deduct from refunding amount.

    Transparency: Customers will see the applicable shipping charges clearly displayed during checkout before completing their purchase.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, local restrictions, or weather conditions.

  • In case a pin code becomes unserviceable after order placement, we’ll contact you to arrange alternate delivery or cancel the order.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or non-availability will be treated as Return to Origin (RTO) per our Return & Refund Policy.
