·      📦Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

Despite thorough quality checks, damage may occur during transit. We offer replacements for eligible cases.

·       To request a Refund or Replacement:

                  Submit your request within 5 days (Include delivery day)

·       Provide:

   1. Unboxing video[An uninterrupted(no-pause) video is mandatory]

               2. Photos of the damaged item

               3. Images of the original packaging

Important:

·       Requests made after 4 days aren’t eligible for refund or replacement. 

      All refund requests must be supported with valid proof of purchase or claim. Once submitted, the provided documents will undergo an inspection and verification process. If the submission successfully passes inspection, the refund will be approved and processed within 5–7 business days.

·       If fail to submit unboxing video and damaged item photos, images of original packing we cannot verify the issue, we are not liable for refunds or replacements.

·       All refunds will be credited to the STORE CREDIT only

·       Products must be unused and in original condition(Don't remove product tags)

 

·      🔁Exchanges & Returns for Wrong Sizes

At SCARFACE STORE, each product is made to order through our print-on-demand process. Because items are produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for incorrect sizes or buyer’s remorse.

We kindly ask that you review our size charts and product details carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Exceptions may apply only in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items received. If you believe your order falls under these circumstances, please contact our support team OR raise return request within 4 days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you.

 

🎨 Colour Matching Disclaimer

We use OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT-certified inks and world-class digital printers. However, slight colour variations may occur due to the nature of DTG printing and are not considered defects.

However, it’s important to note that they may look different on a real product than what you see on your computer monitor. Even if you have calibrated your monitor to a specific colour profile, various factors influence the final appearance of colors on a printed product.

 

✂️ Unboxing & Package Damage

Please unbox your package carefully. Damage caused by scissors or sharp tools is not eligible for refund or replacement unless:

  • Unboxing video is provided
  • Images of the courier cover are submitted

 

🚚 Undelivered Orders & Return to Origin (RTO)

If a courier is unable to deliver your order and marks it as “Undelivered” or “Return to Origin,” the product will be sent back to our default address.

Common RTO Reasons:

  • Non-serviceable pin code
  • COD amount not ready
  • Customer unreachable
  • Incomplete address
  • Delivery refused
  • Poor weather conditions
  • Self-pickup or future delivery requested
  • Door/premises/office closed

Reshipping Charges:

  • Handling Fee: ₹20 + 18% GST per product (valid for 100 days)
  • Shipping Fee: Based on selected shipping method

 

📦 Lost in Transit

        If an item is confirmed lost during shipping:

  • A full refund will be issued once the courier status verifies the loss

 

⏱️ Delayed Delivery

If delivery is not attempted within:

  • 15 days (Air shipping)
  • 20 days (Surface shipping)

We will:

  • Reproduce and re-ship the product

OR

  • Issue a full refund

     Fusing or Coating Marks on the Product

DTG t-shirts undergo a pre-treatment process which leaves behind some marks on them. It's due to the fusing and coating process before loading the t-shirts into the DTG machine. The pre-treatment liquid is a base layer applied on all DTG garments allowing the inks to sit on top and is then heat pressed to flatten the fibers. Sometimes the pre-treatment can react to the garment and can leave quite a noticeable staining, square or rectangular shape around the artwork.

Here's how you can get rid of these marks/stains. 

1.       Simply wash the t-shirt with cold water and flat dry 

Note: A t-shirt undergoes a lot of processes like storing, printing, quality checks, packaging, etc before they are shipped to your customer so it is highly recommended to wash the product before putting it to use for safety purposes.

! Due to the inherent limitations of DTG printing technology, which are beyond our control, refund or replacement requests cannot be accommodated on this basis !
